Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

At Quoqo Technologies, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your subscription or service. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1.1 Subscription Services

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing cycle.
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

1.2 One-Time Purchases

  • For one-time purchases, cancellation requests must be made within7 days of the purchase date.
  • Custom implementations or services that have already begun may not be eligible for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

Quoqo Technologies strives to provide high-quality services and products. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is warranted.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued in cases of service unavailability, significant product defects, or if the service does not perform as described.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date or the date the issue occurred.
  • Refunds are not available for partial use of services or for cancellations made after the specified cancellation period.

2.2 Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
  • Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

3. Exceptions

  • Custom development work, once initiated, is not eligible for refunds.
  • Services that have been fully delivered or consumed are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds may not be available if the terms of service have been violated.
